1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Silas Recovery's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Silas Recovery provides cryptocurrency and funds recovery services including but not limited to:

  • Lost wallet access recovery
  • Scam and fraud recovery
  • Failed transaction recovery
  • Exchange issue resolution

3. Pricing and Payment

Our standard recovery fee is 1% of the total amount to be recovered, payable upfront before recovery services begin.

  • Payment must be made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments
  • Express recovery service available for additional 50% fee
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

4. Recovery Process

Standard processing time is 3-5 hours. Express processing is 1-2 hours. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Success Rate and Guarantees

While we maintain a 98.5% success rate, we cannot guarantee recovery in all cases. If recovery fails, you are entitled to a 90% refund of the paid fee as per our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Submit all required documentation and evidence
  • Respond to requests for additional information promptly
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

Silas Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case details. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Silas Recovery. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
